Slim, delicate razor clams hand-harvested from Galician shores are carefully cleaned and packed in their natural brine. With a subtle, ocean-fresh flavour and clean finish, they’re superb on their own or drizzled with good olive oil and lemon.

Serving suggestion: Serve simply with a drizzle of olive oil, lemon zest, and chopped parsley, or warm briefly and toss through linguine.

Begun in 1936, this Spanish brand based in Galicia is a producer of a variety of conservas, specialising in sardines and tuna. Unlike many competitors, Cuca produce seasonally. Changes in water temperature and rainfall affect the texture and flavour of the seafood; Cuca aim to produce when the fat content or flavour of each product is at its best.
