A rich and savoury tuna pâté with gentle warming spice and the smooth, spreadable texture that makes Portuguese pâté such a favourite at aperitivo hour. The tuna brings plenty of depth and umami, while the spice sits comfortably in the background rather than overpowering the fish. Excellent spread onto crusty bread, spooned onto crackers, or served alongside pickles and chilled white wine.
 
A brilliant addition to a grazing board; especially with olives, roasted capsicum and sharp cheeses. Pair with a crisp Riesling or a dry rosé.
