Spread generously over warm toast or rye crackers with pickled cucumber and parsley, or serve as part of a grazing board alongside olives, cheeses and boiled eggs. A crisp Vinho Verde is a natural pairing; alternatively, an Australian Sauvignon Blanc or dry cider works beautifully.
